Proof on the Roof: BSH Corby
At BSH Corby, a one-million square foot warehouse rooftop was sitting empty. Now, its 1,180 panel solar array offsets 106 tonnes of carbon a year and provides savings of £90,000 a year.
Just as telling is how this project came together: Good Energy worked alongside the building’s landlord, Tritax, and consultant Hollis, proof that the landlord-occupier split needn’t stand in the way of real sustainable progress.
