UKWA has published its Annual Report 2025–26, highlighting a year of strong progress across the Association’s strategic priorities and the wider warehousing sector.

The report showcases UKWA’s work to raise industry standards, support members and champion the central role of warehousing within the UK’s logistics landscape. Key achievements include the strongest year to date for the Warehouse Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (WM CPC), the publication of new skills research, updated practical resources such as the Solar Toolkit, and a packed programme of member events.

Across the year, UKWA delivered six member events, welcomed 816 attendees, and represented the sector at eight major trade shows and exhibitions, strengthening community connection and amplifying the voice of warehousing.

The report also reflects UKWA’s continued focus on advocacy, insight and practical guidance — ensuring members have access to the tools, knowledge and support they need to navigate emerging challenges and seize new opportunities.
