UKWA WERC Benchmarking Survey, Feb 2019

January 5, 2019

Last year UKWA launched the first ever benchmarking survey for our industry, in partnership with US based WERC (Warehousing Education & Research Council). For 2019, the Association is offering this opportunity again, inviting logistics service provider and logistics user members to take part.

This short survey includes UK specific questions that will help UKWA gauge the attitudes of the industry at this critical time. It should only take about 30 minutes to complete and all participants will receive a free copy of the 2019 DC Measures benchmarking report.

This is your chance to benchmark your business against the rest of the industry, in the UK and globally, to find out how you compare to competitors, where you perform well and what improvements you can make to increase efficiency and profitability.

To make it easier this year, UKWA has prepared pre-survey User Notes in co-operation with Lynn Parnell of Logistics Partners consultancy, to help you prepare your data before actually taking part. This will make it easier and faster to complete the survey!
