The Warehouse Manager CPC is aimed at existing Managers and Supervisors with experience in warehouse facilities as well as people interested in developing their career in warehouse management.

Multiple Choice Question Exam

  • The MCQ exam paper is an online assessment consisting of 40 multiple choice type questions.
  • The MCQ exam is a closed booked assessment.
  • The duration of the MCQ exam is 1 hour/60 minutes.
  • A pass mark of 70% is applied to this examination (28 marks out of 40).

Case Study Exam

  • The Case Study exam paper consists of a scenario followed by questions to be answered.
  • The Case Study exam is an open-book assessment. Students are permitted to use approved course notes during the exam.
  • The duration of the Case Study exam is 2.5hours/135 minutes.
  • A pass mark of 50% is applied to this examination (30 marks out of 60).

Students needs to pass both exams to be awarded the Warehouse Manager CPC qualification.

We run an intensive 10-day course; including 8 days of classroom-based teaching, one revision day, which is tailored to the students’ needs, culminating with the examinations on day 10.

The 10-day course includes 8 days of face-to-face, classroom-based teaching, 1 revision day and 1 examinations day. The cost also covers:

  • Warehouse study visit
  • Warehouse Manager CPC textbook
  • A copy of  ‘Warehouse Management: The Definitive Guide to Improving Efficiency and Minimising Costs in the Modern Warehouse’
  • All study materials, mock exams and notes
  • CILT(UK) registration and examination fees
  • Lunch and refreshments

This is a Warehouse Manager CPC qualification, so although there are no minimum entry requirements, it is recommended that students have English and Maths skills equivalent to Level 2 (GCSE) before they begin studying at this qualification level.

The Warehouse Manager CPC is open to those aged 18 and over.

If a student’s first language is not English, UKWA will ensure that the candidate meets the English Language requirements of either:

  • International English Language Testing System (IELTS) minimum score of 5.5 or
  • An equivalent English Language standard agreed by CILT(UK) Awarding Organisation (AO)
