The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge, 23rd June 2022

May 21, 2022

UKWA is delighted to support The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge, which allows companies from across the industry to demonstrate their commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion within the logistics sector, and the business benefits attained by establishing a diverse workforce.

Nimble Media Ltd have partnered with Talent in Logistics (TiL) to deliver this fun, yet serious, event which allows participants from across all levels to team-build within their own organisation, as well as network with other companies and fundraise for industry charity, Transaid.

UKWA CEO Clare Bottle says, “As a founder of Women in Logistics diversity and inclusion in our industry is an issue close to my heart. At UKWA we are working hard to promote the many opportunities in warehousing and supporting members in recruiting from a wider talent pool than ever before. At a time when we face serious labour shortages, The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge is a great platform to drive awareness of this important message.”
