How it Works
Know a business operating one or more warehouses (such as a 3PL or logistics user) who could benefit from UKWA membership?
First, check that they’re not already a member using our searchable Member Directory.
Check the UKWA Directory – enter the company name and click “Apply Filters.”
Ask your contact for permission to pass their name and contact details to us so that a member of our team can reach out to them.
Use this form to enter their contact details (with their consent) and click submit.
We’ll take it from there, explaining the benefits of membership and helping them through the joining process.

*Terms & Conditions – UKWA Membership Referral Credits
- Eligibility:
Referral credits apply to Full Memberships only. This includes 3PLs (Third-Party Logistics providers) and Logistics Users. Associate Members are not eligible.
- Issuance of Credits:
- Credits are awarded only after full payment of the referred Full Membership has been received.
- Member credits are issued to the referred company/organisation, not to individual contacts.
- Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months of issue.
- Referral Criteria:
- Only new Full Members (3PLs & Logistics Users) qualify.
- Referrals must be submitted directly by the Ambassador to UKWA or clearly confirmed as introduced by them.
- The referred organisation must join and pay their full membership within 3 months of the referral submission to qualify.
- Exclusions:
- If the referred organisation is already recorded as an open lead in the UKWA system, no credit will be issued. However, we welcome the Ambassador’s continued engagement with the lead.
- Applicability:
- These terms apply to all credits issued, whether to the Ambassador or the referred member.
