Presented by UKWA CEO Peter Ward, Lynn Parnell of Logistics Partners and Joe Tillman, lead researcher for WERC’s DC Measures Survey, the webinar outlined the benefits of benchmarking, shared highlights from last year’s survey and offered guidelines for taking part in the survey.

Commenting, Peter Ward said, “I’m very excited about our upcoming benchmarking survey, this will become an essential tool moving forward to help our members measure their performance against competitors, identify areas for future improvement and gain understanding of current trends and best practice, both in the UK and globally.”

He added, “Joe shared some fascinating insights from the US 2017 survey during the webinar, and I’m confident that we will be able to share some really rich content in our benchmarking report for 2018.”

Those taking part in the survey will benefit from a free copy of the report, which will also be available at a discounted price to non-participating UKWA members.
