UKWA COVID-19 Emergency Space Register

While outbound flows from DCs of non-essential goods grind to a halt in the face of retail and manufacturing closures, due to COVID-19 restrictions, inbound flows continue to arrive at UK ports and accordingly warehouses are rapidly becoming full. Latest research by UKWA indicates that there is currently just 10% market availability of pallet space, which means no capacity within a matter of weeks.

UKWA has appealed to members to provide details of whatever space they have available and will be collating this information into a weekly register to enable stakeholders to identify space on an emergency basis.

Members are urged to contact us to provide details of any available space as soon as possible.
