Over the last few years we have worked closely with 5G Communications who provide lines, calls, broadband, maintenance and telephone systems to over 500 of our UK stores.

Working together with our Store Directors, 5G have assisted in the rationalisation of our telephony infrastructure which has helped us not only understand and reduce our telephony costs, but by using 5G’s unique online portal, assist us in understanding both our outbound and inbound call traffic data and achieving considerable improvements in customer service.

I look forward to working with 5G in 2013 as we continue to expand our business relationship to cover the remainder of our stores and thank them for their expertise, commitment and on-going support.
