Standard Motor Transport (SMT) has relocated to Potter Logistics’ Droitwich distribution centre on a 12 month rolling contract. SMT is leasing warehousing space and will be positioning its delivery and collection vehicles at the Droitwich DC. The company has already been providing transport services to Potter Logistics for over 20 years. Steve McCarthy, general manager of the Potter Logistics Droitwich DC, said: “This is an excellent opportunity for us to strengthen our position as Palletline members. By forming this alliance we can now offer Palletline services from two locations, Droitwich and York.”
