POISON CENTRE REGULATORY UPDATE

On Thursday 11 February 2016, the European Commission published its first draft amendments to the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP) regulations for public consultation specific to Poison Centre harmonisation.

The National Chemical Emergency Centre (NCEC) has produced a first look technical article that explores the key changes in the amendment and how these will impact poison centre compliance.
