Meeting the ˜omni™ needs of retailers

Retailers in the non-food sector, are set to invest some £5 billion in the rush to embrace ‘omni-channel’ retailing concepts over the next five years.

A new study by LCP Consulting, Retail Supply Chain Management – The Omni-channel Revolution – suggests that the ‘omni’ trend is accelerating with retailers spending the equivalent of three per cent of annual turnover ensuring that their supply chains are able to keep pace with their customers’ ‘omni’ demands.
