UPS has announced it will acquire Hungary-based pharmaceutical logistics company Cemelog in order to strengthen its healthcare business in Europe, as part of a global growth and investment strategy.  This acquisition is a continuation of our ongoing growth strategy across our business units… It will position us well to meet the needs of healthcare companies in a key geographic location as they strive to regionalise logistics operations as a way to increase efficiencies, said Scott Davis, UPS chairman and chief executive.
