Flexibility, Velocity & Customer Centricity report available from UKWA

A new report from WBR (Worldwide Business Research) Insights and MR Objects, ‘Flexibility, Velocity & Customer Centricity‘ is available free of charge through UKWA following the two-day eTail Fulfilment & Returns conference, which was held 11-12 September at London’s Canary Wharf, and was chaired by UKWA CEO Peter Ward.

The report is based on feedback from a telephone survey of 100 Heads of Operations from across Europe, to investigate the challenges they face and the innovative solutions being brought forward.

Contributors of commentary on the findings include former Vice President of Amazon Logistics Europe, Phillipe Hermard, Martin Verwijmeren of MP Objects and UKWA CEO, Peter Ward.

The report was shared with delegates at the eTail Fulfilment & Returns event, and can be downloaded below.
