Developer Bericote has secured a site for a 120,000 sq ft dot-com store for ASDA at Midpoint Park near Birmingham in the West Midlands.
It is thought to have paid in the region of £550,000 an acre for the site which will also include a further 100,000 sq ft warehouse that the developer intends to speculatively develop.
