UKWA has welcomed a landmark report ‘Delivering The Goods’ from The British Property Federation. The report builds on recent comprehensive research undertaken by Savills on behalf of the UK Warehousing Association, highlighting the critical shortage of real estate within the logistics sector and the need for urgent government focus on the consequences of inaction. This latest report from the BPF echoes UKWA’s call on policy makers to respond to the crisis and members can request a free copy by emailing enquiries@ukwa.org.uk.
