CBRE-UKWA 2018 UK Logistics Occupier Survey now available

Between December 2017 and February this year UKWA teamed up with CBRE, one of the world’s leading full-service real estate services and investment organisations, to undertake a UK Logistics Occupier Survey, the highlights of which were previewed at UKWA’s 2018 National Conference in March.

The survey considered occupier attitudes to a range of issues, including current challenges and views on Brexit, it investigated key factors influencing choice of location and building, specific features required for new build and looked at lease terms and likely use of new technology in the warehouses of the future.

The full report, which provides a unique insight into the ‘wish list’ requirements of future occupiers, is now available FREE of charge from UKWA.
