
Best ever House of Lords event for UKWA

The prestigious annual UKWA Reception & Luncheon at The House of Lords on 2nd March 2016 proved to be a great success says UKWA CEO Peter Ward. Attended by over 100 members, peers, MPs and guests, the event was hosted by Lord Brabazon of Tara, UKWA President.
This year included lively presentations from both sides of the EU referendum debate by Conservative Peer Lord Haskins and Jill Seymour, UKIP MEP for West Midlands.
Earlier, UKWA hosted and a moderated a Round Table Insights session on behalf of Associate members Zetes, where senior representatives from across the logistics industry gathered to consider and discuss challenges and likely future trends around visibility, tracking and traceability, and the impact of changing technology on their businesses.
