UKWA National Conference, 12-13 March 2024

November 29, 2023

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT TO END JAN 2024– 3 FOR 2 ON TICKET PRICES!

Next year’s UKWA National Conference will be bigger and better than ever! The event will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre, located on the University of Nottingham Campus, and will be themed around ‘2024 The Year of Warehousing’.

We will be looking at a range of issues relevant to warehousing, from best practice in sustainability to cybercrime and the property markets. In what looks likely to be election year, we will also be unveiling the UKWA Manifesto 2024 as well as launching our latest updated Conditions of Contract.

Guest speaker Nick Hay, CEO at Gist, will speak about Mergers & Acquisitions in the sector and co-authors of UKWA’s new Warehouse Manager CPC, Ruth Waring and Gwynne Richards will be joining us to discuss upskilling your workforce and the new opportunities for training.

We are thrilled to announce that Professor Trevor Williams, former Chief Economist of Lloyds Bank, will deliver an inspiring and informative keynote address. Covering topical issues such as global trade, big data and long term mega trends, Trevor will set the scene for what promises to be a great event.

This year we will be adding interactive workshops to our dynamic programme of presentations and panel discussions – although the larger capacity venue means we can offer more delegate spaces, we anticipate high demand in The Year of Warehousing, so book early and secure your place!
