Delegate Information
Please ensure all attendee details are correct at the point of booking. Any changes should be notified to the UKWA Events Team as soon as possible to ensure accurate delegate lists and smooth event delivery.
The delegates’ name, job title, and organisation may appear in the delegate list shared with other attendees and event partners. If any attendee does not consent, please contact events@ukwa.org.uk.
Site Tour Participation
Where a site tour is offered, participation is subject to approval by the host. Delegate lists will be vetted in advance, and competitors may not be permitted to join the tour.
Photography & Filming
Photography and filming may take place at this event. Images and recordings may be used for UKWA marketing and promotional purposes, including PR, social media, and event materials. If any attendee does not consent to being photographed or filmed, please contact events@ukwa.org.uk, in advance of the event.
Cancellations & Substitutions
If an attendee is no longer able to attend, substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the UKWA Events Team. Please notify us promptly so delegate lists can be updated.
