To be eligible, entrants must:

• Be a warehouse operator providing Value Added Services beyond standard storage and distribution.
• Demonstrate innovation and reliability in identifying and addressing customer needs.
• Showcase successful implementation of VAS that have positively impacted clients, such as:
  • Customisation, kitting, or assembly
  • Packaging, labelling, or returns management
  • Inventory optimisation or fulfilment solutions
  • Technology-driven service enhancements
• Provide measurable results (e.g., improved efficiency, cost savings, customer satisfaction).
• Support their entry with case studies, testimonials, or performance data demonstrating their impact.
