Unisystems began its journey as a freight forwarder that concentrated on direct account customs clearance and general forwarding back in the late 1980s. As the forwarding grew, and being a trusted partner of other forwarders, we opened LCL consolidations from Asia to the UK. In 2005, we purchased our first warehouse in Maldon which really kick-started our e-commerce pick and pack. We have since moved to a new site covering 36,000 sqft achieving HMRC ETSF, Bonded Status and FHDDS approval.
