Open to UKWA member employees up to the age of 30, this award goes to an up-and-coming individual with sound personal attributes. A rising star who demonstrates an elevated level of competency, combined with a passion for logistics and clear potential for a bright, successful future. 

This award recognises an inspirational manager, whose outstanding personal and professional skills are reflected in the efficient, effective operation they run. Someone who leads by example, striving for and achieving exceptional levels of productivity through a highly motivated team.

Best New Member is awarded to a UKWA member company who, upon joining the UK Warehousing Association, has shown the highest professional standards of warehousing. The judges will consider submitted case studies and/or testimonials that illustrate exceptional performance.

This award recognises a highly professional, motivated, and well-led UKWA member organisation that continually demonstrates best practice, alongside a full commitment to meet and exceed UKWA’s key principles of working safely, ethically, and profitably. 

This award recognises innovation in technology, specifically systems that have significantly contributed to improving warehouse operations, through increased efficiency, cost-savings and process performance.

This award goes to a UKWA member organisation that has successfully developed a bold response to the changing market, through the introduction of a new technical product innovation.

This award celebrates the UKWA member organisation with a proven customer-focused culture. An unwavering dedication to providing a first class service, coupled with an in-depth understanding of customer needs, are at the forefront to consistently drive satisfaction and surpass expectation.

This award marks the achievements of the UKWA member organisation that continues to make strides towards a more sustainable future by driving positive change. Their focus and commitment to energy efficiency, carbon reduction and implementation of environmental initiatives paves the way for a greener planet.

This award recognises the delivery of additional Value Added Services by a warehouse operator.  A stand-out supplier who reliably identifies and overcomes consumer demands in order to help its customers succeed.

This award celebrates a new or improved logistics building, park development and/or investment, that brings additional capacity to the market.
