UKWA Warehouse Manager CPC, 8 January to 19 January 2024

November 20, 2023

The Warehouse Manager CPC is a brand-new qualification developed by the UK Warehousing Association and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (UK). It is set to become an industry-wide recognised qualification, equivalent in status to the well-established Transport Manager CPC.  This course is aimed at existing Managers and Supervisors with experience in warehouse facilities as well as people interested in developing their career in warehouse management.

Our course is specifically designed to make sure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to successfully manage a modern warehouse.  Learners will be taught the required knowledge to pass the CPC exams, whilst gaining a practical understanding of key topics including lean warehouse processes, safety and security, resource planning, IT systems, MHE & automation, storage mediums, performance measures, environmental issues, financial awareness and more.

We provide an interesting, enjoyable and interactive learning experience, led by accomplished industry experts Gwynne Richards FCILT and Ruth Waring FCILT, equipping you to raise standards of safety, efficiency and compliance in your operation.

The 10-day classroom based pilot started on 8 January 2024, culminating with a CILT(UK) examination on 19 January. Upon completion, learners will receive a Level 3 Warehouse Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
