UKWA has several Advisory Boards in place to identify trends, provide expert insight and share knowledge and best practice. Those sitting on the Advisory Boards are drawn from leading practitioners in their respective fields and usually include a mix of UKWA members and independent advisors.
UKWA Advisory Boards:
- Customs & Excise
- Training & Education
- Health & Safety
- Real Estate
There is also a new Logistics Users Group, including members of the Logistics Users category, who provide valued insights from the retailers and manufacturers perspective.
The Advisory Boards ensure that the Association is equipped to provide the best possible up to date advice and support to members, ensuring they are aware of and prepared for any changes that may impact on their businesses.
The Advisory Boards also enable UKWA to respond to consultative documents from governmental departments on behalf of the membership.
