Management Mentoring Programme

Skills for Logistics announces the launch of the third and final strand of its Women & Work Programme.

They are looking to recruit women currently in junior management roles or those who aspire to be managers of the future to participate in their e-mentoring programme.  In addition, they would like to recruit experienced managers to become mentors.

Mentoring is an important means of organisational development and e-mentoring offers 'anytime/anyplace' opportunities for personal growth and development for both participants and mentors.

The first group of participants will be enrolled onto the programme late October and we expect there to be 2 further intakes before the project ends in March 2008.  Thee are only 200 places available so early registration is advised.

For further information on the programme including details of how to register and how much the programme costs please follow the link below or contact the Women & Work Project Manager, Heidi Boateng on 0780 945 1000 or at heidi.boateng@skillsforlogistics.org
