The Romania-based contract logistics specialist, Tibbett Logistics, was named winner of the principal award at the 6th annual Gala Awards of the Romanian Rail Industry Association – ClubulFeroviar. Tibbett Logistics is part of the fast-growing UK-based Keswick Enterprises group.
The event recognisesorganisations and individuals who have contributed significantly to the Romanian rail industry over the previous 12 months, and those who have done most to promote rail transport.
The top prize of the evening – the ‘Business Initiative Award for Excellence in the Rail Industry' – was presented to Tibbett Logistics in recognition of its contribution to supporting intermodal (road-rail) logistics in Romania, coupled with the recent development of its second intermodal terminal in Bucharest.
