As I am sure you will be aware, the United Kingdom Warehousing Association is developing a strong portfolio of additional services for its membership.

In this respect, and I am pleased to be able to advise you that Forbes HR Ltd have been appointed as honorary advisors (or preferred suppliers) to UKWA, in the provision of HR services to the members.

This encompasses Board level mentoring, counseling and advice on the organisations shape and future planning for people. We offer services in career development, building succession, finding appropriate talent for the future and in being a highly trusted external advisor able to discuss a wide range of subjects including retirement, personal future planning, MBO and MBI matters.

This service will give members an independent and impartial source of advice, backed by total honesty, objectivity and integrity.

From a personal standpoint, my background encompasses Director level operational and HR expertise in CWS, Burmah and in DHL Exel. Having left corporate life, I have successfully established two major executive search and HR businesses, and I believe this qualifies me to provide the best value to your Company.
