UKWA is embarking on a consultative process with its member companies to establish the current training needs of the industry. To ensure that subsequent emails on this subject hit the correct inbox, I would be grateful to have the email address of the person in your company responsible for training.
The consultation process will require an initial response to a handful of questions addressing the skills gaps and training needs, and will be sent to member companies in the next week Thereafter, we may be looking for assistance to develop products and qualifications to meet those needs.
