e-customs Limited, the leading web based customs clearance system provider, has further enhanced its ‘Webdecs’ portfolio by receiving FS1 stage testing sign off from HMRC for the new Excise Movement Control System (EMCS). They are one of a very few number of companies who have achieved this level of testing to date. HMRC have indicated that software providers who have not tested to FS1 level should not deliver EMCS messages from Jan 1st 2011.
