UVolve^® Instant Floor Coatings are a high performance, instant cure coating systems for concrete floors. Available in both clear and pigmented systems, UVolve® cures instantly with the use of a UV light machine specifically designed for use with UVolve^®coating systems. Unlike traditional epoxy or urethane floor coatings that require up to a week’s drying time, professionally installed UVolve^® Instant Floor Coatings are ready for full use immediately. This efficient, one-component UV-curable coating system is even ready for heavy forklift traffic just seconds after application.

The UVolve^® Instant Floor Coatings are applied in a fast, easy and effective four-step application process. Coatings can be cured instantly in any temperature and any environment, with results that outperform traditional epoxy or urethane concrete floor coatings.

Step1. Prep: Professional installers prepare the concrete floor surface, readying it for a durable new finish.

Step 2. Coat: Once the floor surface is prepped, installers apply the coating of your choice. Choose from a palette of standard colors or request a custom hue.

Step 3: Cure: The exclusive curing machine for UVolve^® Instant Floor Coatings applies UV light directly to the coating in precisely the right dose to instantly to create an attractive durable finish.

Step 4: A floor that is treated with UVolve^® Instant Floor Coating sis ready for immediate use once curing is complete. Walk – even drive fork lift traffic – on it as soon as the contractor is finished curing.
