The building houses some 1,200 office staff in open plan offices spread over three floors. In 1991 the Willis building became the youngest building in Britain to be given Grade I listed building status, which at the time was one of only two listed buildings under 30 years of age.

Presentation by Bob Hughes, MD Europe and Global Chairman, the Forton Group on Leadership Development within your organisation.  Bob is an experienced leadership coach with a successful track record in leadership, people motivation and project delivery.  During his career Bob has worked at a senior level, leading teams of up to 200 people and in a number of large corporations he has helped shift the leadership culture to a more inclusive and effective approach.  Bob coaches leaders - from graduates to the C-Suite - who want to learn and grow; and he has had particular success working with high potential leaders.  He is well-received by international audiences for his engaging and amusing speaking style; speaking at major conferences and to professional audiences.  Bob is also an accredited 'Dynamic Speaking Skills' coach and trainer.

 

As well as the co-founder of the Forton Group’s Professional Leadership Coaching certification programme, he is the company’s Director of Training and Faculty leader.  He has delivered a variety of training courses in the field of leadership development, coaching and change management and is licensed to deliver Emotional Intelligence training including a programme designed to develop leaders EQ.  As part of his commitment to the profession, Bob has served on the ICF Ethics Committee and has written a number of papers on internal coaching ethics. He is also qualified to 'Professional Certified Coach' level, accredited by the International Coach Federation and leads the Forton Group Faculty as Director of Training.  He is also qualified to British Psychological Society levels A and B in psychometric testing and feedback.
