Managing safety contributes to the success and sustainability of a company and selecting the right indicators to provide key information about the performance of the safety system is the basis to improvement.

Many organisations rely on historical data, lagging indicators, to monitor safety performance. Following the recently issued joint guidance from CBA and UKWA, on the successful implementation of SPLIs, this workshop covers identifying appropriate risk control systems and the critical elements for monitoring, reporting and reviewing the data, through SPLIs, to provide earlier indications of hazards.
