UKWA’s Golf Society holds its Annual Golf Day on the Championship Course of the Portal Golf & Country Club, Tarporley, Cheshire.
Providing a social platform for members to meet and get to know each other away from the pressures of the day-to-day routine, the UKWA Golf Society is an excellent opportunity to meet friends from the industry - old and new - in a relaxed and informal setting.
In 2009 members of UKWA’s Golf Society once again overcame their counterparts from the British Association of Removers (BAR) to win the UKWA/BAR trophy which was received by UKWA Team Captain, Duncan Pannell and presented by Greg Wildman of BAR sponsors Basil Fry.
